Terms of Service
These terms will govern your use of our software and this site once finalised.
Licence grant
Paid plans grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the subscription term. A seat covers one person across as many machines as that person uses.
Free and education tiers
The free tier is available for personal and open-source work. Education licences require eligibility and are limited to non-commercial use.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Full refund within thirty days of an initial purchase, by request to the support address.
Warranty and liability
To be drafted by counsel. This section carries the most legal weight of any on the page and should not be adapted from a template without review.
Governing law
To be set by counsel, based on where the company is registered.
